Hi mate, I'm selling a set of Motorola T5522s with a charger holster and the chargeable batteries. They are excellent quality and waterproof as well. Have a google of them and if you are interested make me an offer.
I've got them on e-bay but will remove them if you want them. |

| Ive used Oregon Scientific TP380 radios for years, bought them for big road trips and convoys but used them in Tignes this year and they were really handy. Not fully waterproof, they wouldnt take imersion, but theyre splashproof which is fine for snowboarding. £25 for a pair from ebay. |

dumb question - how well do radios work on busy mountain? There can only be a limited number of channels so do you constantly end up chatting with Mr and Mrs Fritz and their kids Hanz and Umlaut? Can understand the ability of switching channel if the one you're on is busy, but how's the other person know you've changed?
am I just being dumb? |

throat mics can be a bit dodgy, I haven't used the one you're talking about but it's worth reading quite wide about it because the few throat mics I've used weren't particularly clear except the expensive one |

| You get multiple channels and sub channels so there are plenty of channels, I have never not been able to get my own channel. I have the Moto T5522 as well, very good and durable! |
