Out of curiosity which Yoga discipline is best for snowboarding? I looked into Yoga but there's a load of different "styles"

here is a thing. Learning to board and the instructors going on about getting the weight down on the leading leg. Wasn't happening, bum sticking out, leaning forward, catching an edge, leaning back, and all the rest. So did some Tai Chi which is all about centre of gravity and balance. Got on the board and what a difference! Never thought in a million years one would have helped with the other.
