so playing at front flips tonight and landed on the tail heard a crack thought id broken the tail a few more runs and I notice my front foot feels a bit loose/sloppy I could here a cracking noise. turns out the heel cup had snapped/cracked right through the centre at the back. dont really know how.
when I got the bindings they had a sticker on the bottom saying if the sticker was on, then the warrenty was valid, my sticker has dissintegrated with it still count??
I remember seeing base plates were covered by a life time garentee or something, cant find the receipt either. will I just have to bite the bullet and buy a new set?? |

| Contact rider services - info.europe@burton.at. I did pretty much the same thing last year - I sent them a few piccy's of the damage and told em what had happened, and they replied pretty soon and sent a new baseplate out. No receipt or nothing. Damn fine service if you ask me. Plus they sent a heap of stickers and one of their dvd's as well! |

Ha, Mr Parrott, I can't, that's why I snapped the binding ;D
Actually you might have been there? It was at the Bataleon Jam at Tam, and I believe I was trying to do that trickiest of tricks, a ride on 50-50. I'm well good at this snowboarding lark!
J2000, you'll end up with frankenbinders just like mine! I've got bits from about 5 different binders at the mo - cap strap on one and normal toe strap on t'other! |
