I'm booked with BMIbaby too, but only taking the board bag and hand luggage.

Their T&Cs don't mention a weight limit for the board bag, but i'm assuming it's going to be the 18Kg luggage limit - so i'm going to pack most stuff in that, and use the free 10Kg hand luggage allowance for the rest.
