The biggest things with front ones is the back arm. Watch as you leave the lip fo the jump. Your back arm kind of hangs there stopping your rotation and meaning you weight stays on your back new back foot. Think about driving your back arm through as you takeoff. Think about going to punch someone. That will keep your shoulders more aligned with your board and therefore enable a better landing and easier rotation.
Good luck.

Agree with the back arm.
You have the basics so keep trying and it will get easier. |

| When I screw up frontside 1's I notice I come down on the tail of my board and not flat (well the new tail what is really the front of the board) but when I do them right i come down flat...... I just dont know what im doing during takeoff/rotation that makes the difference. Am I just leaning back too much on the kicker? |

| That'll probably be a problem with not driving your rear arm through properly again which makes it so that you're not keeping your weight even and therefore landing on the tail. |

SUCK YOUR KNEES UP DUDE!
Thats the main point. As soon as you do that you can control the board into a nice floaty flat position which looks dope. Then you can get a cheeky stalefish into the mix. Hmm nice. |
