OK, my mate is coming to visit me next weekend, I like by the M1 in North Notts so have the option of both Tamworth and Castleford on the Friday night, which one would be best - he can do jumps and rails btw.

friday at Tam is busy, still good though and normally starts to empty out a bit around 9.30-10pm. Not riden cas on a friday night. I imagine it to be busy though
