Hey guys, here's the week's schedule for the SCUK Winter Bash 2009! I'll be emailing a copy to everyone separately too, along with their transfer info and apartment share info, today.

Saturday 24th:
Arrival - daytime:
* Those on ski train will arrive in Tignes 07:30 8am (06:27 arrivals - 10 people) and 09:30 10am (08:44 arrivals - 6 people)
* Drop off point in Tignes will be the Loop bar where John and his crew will be stationed all day (and every day between 4:30 and 6pm) with welcome packs, apartment info, lift passes etc.(lodge staff at the lodge to look after lodge guests)
* NB Loop bar will have a section closed off for SCUK members to store luggage and change so they can hit the slopes for the day bar will also be open for food and drink (seasonaire prices on drinks and 10% off food for all SCUK members) and lift passes for those whove ordered the 8 day option will be here waiting for you.
* All other arrivals (transfers from Geneva) will be dropped here throughout the day from where they will be taken to their individual apartments or the lodge.
NB earliest guaranteed apartment check in time is between 2 and 4pm which is why we have the great deal with the Loop of a base to chill, eat and drink or change and store equipment while riding for the day apartment will then be ready when everyone finishes riding for the day (last lifts are 4:30pm ish)
Evening free
NB lift passes for those with 6 day passes can be picked up at the Loop bar between 6 and 9pm so theyre ready to ride first thing Sunday morning or in front of Maison de Tignes 09:30 Sunday morning.
Sunday 25th:
Day Time Shred! ½ day guiding / resort initiation day with morning (09:30 meet at Maison de Tignes) and afternoon ( 13:00 meet at Loop bar terrace) sessions details and group sign ups on arrival day/evening.
Evening Welcome meal at the Loop for everyone 7:30 onward.
Monday 26th:
Day Time Shred!
Evening Free (Meal for those in Lodge)
Tuesday 27th
Day Time Shred!
Evening Quiz night at the Loop bar, 8pm start, prizes from SCUK, Dragon Lodge, The Loop Bar, Dragon Optical, Blue Skin
..
Wednesday 28th:
Day Time Shred!
Evening live music aprθs and evening at the Loop. (meal for those in Lodge)
Thursday 29th:
Day Time Shred! ½ day freestyle coaching / initiation day with morning (09:30 meet at Maison de Tignes) and afternoon ( 13:00 meet at Loop bar terrace) sessions details and group sign ups on Sunday evening Welcome Meal and Tuesday evening Quiz night.
Evening SCUK party at the Loop with DJs & MC Dunx (maybe?)
Friday 30th:
Day Time Shred!
Evening Raffle draw at the Loop (every SCUK member will have 1 free ticket) with prizes including a snowboard and other goodies from the Loop crew, Dragon Lodge, Dragon Optical etc final night drinks!
Saturday 31st:
Departure day
All transfers depart from outside Loop bar all times and details will be emailed individually to each person and will be on their welcome sheet.
NB apartment check out time 10am latest.
NB Loop bar will be open and have SCUK secured section for baggage storage etc. for those riding for the day or waiting for transfers. |

| Thanks for this John - just wanted to say that compared to the last few years with there seems to be a lot more organisation going into this bash from DL than I ever saw with Wastedland |

| No problem Sartori, really do want to make it the best week we can on and off the hill for everyone - SCUK riders have always supported the lodge since day one (even before, when Dunx was in short trousers and scuk was the boarder!) so we'll do our best to put on a good one for you all - it's the biggest trip we've ever had out so hope you bare with us if there are any glitches but we'll all be there to make sure everyone has the best time riding and after - and obviously we'll be out there riding and partying too! |
