would a loner like me be welcome, My mates that board are either broke or moaning that there knees are bust and my gf has now gone off the idea of snow and while i was getting the snow brochures she was getting ones for the canaries. Problem is i learnt to board last april did subvert acadmey last month and really want to spend my hard earning cash falling down a mountain. Is there anybody else going on there lonesome or would i be like tthat guy on the edge of the photograph that nobody knows who it is.

from previous bashes it seems that a lot of people go as loners and come back with loads of new friends..

i've never been on one..but all that have come back with a smile on their faces and stories to tell

go for it..better than going snowbombing Very Happy

dont worry about being a loner i went on holiday last season for the first time ever on my own the only reason i had wanted to try boarding for a long time but didnt know anyone who done it or was interested in trying it
so i took the plunge and it ended up being the best holiday ive ever had met loads of cool people some i still keep in touch with
i will be traveling on my own a lot more from now on
im thinking about going on this bash just got to wait a few weeks to see if i have the spare cash

You are more than welcome, I can think of at least 10-15 people coming this year that don't really know anyone..

When I went in 2007 I didn't know anyone apart from my sister, and this year she isn't coming, but luckily I know shed loads of friends now.. Smile

Don't debate it for one second more, sounds to me like you need some 'proper' snowboarding friends Wink Laughing

BOOK IT! BOOK IT! BOOK IT!

Did I mention that you should book it?
