Underground parking can be booked in advance at www.tignes.net/GB_accueil-parking.html - cost is 69€ for 6 or 7 nights.
John at dragon lodge has driving directions he can email out too.

I've always wondered what that extra large rack was for on the back of the Kona Ute...

http://www.konabikes.co.uk/2008/ute/ute.php

Hmmm now could I strap my snowboard to it?

cheapferry.co.uk are pretty good. have had a look approx £80 for the dates. leaving at good times to make the run to tignes with a roof rack Wink

if anyone is wanting to fill a spot in a car to spread the cost a bit, i will jump on in, obviously paying my way!

I've just read the web site. Its a shame they have stopped trading at the moment, they were like the Easyjet of the Dover Straits. Quick, effiecient and inexpensive.
