cheers.
Was really temped by season it. I couldnt understand their pricing, whether the price was for 1 person sharing a room, or for 2 ppl in the room...
buuut, you have to be 19 to stay in any of their places, which rules that out (Ill be 19 in feb 2011).
$3000 sounds ok for two.

so the best bet sounds like talking to season it/seasonaires, or getting on pique in the summer? does it help to look for accom in twos? I have a friend who is wants to go for the season...

forget natives, they seem to only want to promote Europe, virtually a crystal only promoter, great for euro useless for North America.

Not sure what you mean by twos? if you are sharing with a mate then you could look for a shared house, if your a couple the same applies but also opens up to 1 bed properties also.

Carefull with seasonairres.... If u book then back out u have to (supposedly) pay a certain amount to them depending on timescales. THIS IS NOT YOUR DEPOSIT.

but a deposit should be exactly that...a deposit to cover if u back out u loose it.

READ the terms first. U could easily book within the time to pay %60 back if u cancel but it does not get highlighted. So either way your screwed..if they can get the money out of you.

anyway your not missing much its pi55ed down for 2 days...............

Far more cheaper places about but u just gotta get into the system early, i pay £400 a month to share a good room in a good condo with hot tub, fire and space to relax etc. Consider u could go white gold and pay £1000 a month it makes u think..........

Earlyness is the key. Get a job start meeting people things become available. I know a guy who rocked up here with no job and no house.... on Dec 3rd. He has sorted himself out with a job and a nice house for not bad money u just got to give the effort. Hes happy as now its good to see.

Hi,

Having just got back from a week in Bulgaria, it is now time to get excited about Whistler again, hurrah. We are out there for March this time.

Having been riding a mountain with no parks, I can't wait to scare myself all over again!

How has it been with the Olympic buildup?

Stu

Stu - watch out for that up down box in Whistler park, it gives you a big headache haha

Hope everyone is having a good one out there. I'm SO gutted to be missing out this season with the snow your having, but small loss for the big gain if it all works out - fingers crossed.

I've already started looking for condos for this coming season and I'm saving hard so I can try and get a two week trip to AK mid season.

Stu - I've got 2 spare fresh tracks tickets that I didn't manage to use when we were over earlier in Jan. Only want £10 as Scott got me them on 2 for 1.

Looked like I just missed an epic storm the other week('Sad')
