you should prolly wax every 3 or 4 times you use the board... saying that depends whether you are doing full days or just hitting the dome.

if just dome use just wax it when it feels and looks a bit dry.

i have a new dominant, which I'm saving for holiday, just on a similar note should i wax before i go? in the past ive used my boards before taking them away and used toko iron on stuff, but i rid eon the dry slope so ive started to use racing wax -20*C for a bit of protection. Any suggestions??

i waxed my brand new board yesterday and im going to be using it for first time tomorrow, the waxing was probably pointless but i was eager to try it and i think i did a good job. A question about Dakine edge tuners though, i follow the instructions and it does nothing to the bottom edge but it sharpens the side edge, also ive sharpened them quite alot and there still not that sharp that they cut you.

i guess you turn the edge tuner the other way.

and for the ppl wax as and when you want. you want to go faster wax, base feels dry, wax.

me personally usually go a good month or so between waxs and i ride at least 6 hours everyday.
