I used to live in Maastricht so have done that route loads of times (it is also on the way to the Nurburgring).
Norfolk line to Dunkerque is a bit better than going to Calais because its 30 mins nearer to Belgium.
Then you take the E40 as far as Liege which includes the Brussels ring road and the worst road surface you'll ever see/feel! At Liege you take the E25 towards Maastricht then just before you get to Maastricht you go right towards Heerlen/Aachen. Heerlen the nearest big town to Landgraaf, although Maastricht is a lot nicer.
One thing that you should check is that you aren't planning on going on the same weekend as the pink pop festival. I made that mistake once, the only way to the snowdome is through the car park for the festival.
You should have a good time, I haven't been there since they added the second slope, but with one slope it was even better than Tam...
(Same sort of vibe but 4 times bigger, including kickers 4 times bigger) |

| Might be worth checking out Eurostar, they are doing £59 fares to brussels then you can get a train to Maastricht for about £18, I drove there a few weeks back via Dunkirk it took about 8 hours what with stopping for wee's and the like and was shattered when we got there, 3 and a half hours by train |
