Hello everyone, im new on here...i felt some sort of introduction was polite...

does anyone have any tips on when its best to go to the chill factore. I avoid the weekend and go at night but whichever night i go i end up being joined by hoardes of groups half way through and there only seems to be the slow lift running too.

am i incredibly unlucky or am i choosing the wrong nights, ive tried mondays, weds and thursdays!?

i realise that if anyone does know a quiet night telling someone else will defeat the object of it staying that way so feel free to pm your secret tip and I promise I wont tell- i dont have many friends anyway Sad , and only one is a skier.....so i avoid socialising with him

thanks.....hopefully!! Very Happy

I can only really speak for MK and Tamworth but I'd hazzard a guess at Chill being the same. I've found that weekday morning's are the queitest, followed by weekend morning's (the earlier the better) and weekend evenings (after 6pm)

Hopefully someone can help a bit more Smile

The best time to go is when it is open. There is no point in going when its shut they wont let you on the slope then. It is a fair bit cheaper to go when its shut though.

Sunday nights are dead. The car park is less than half-full and both lifts are on with the slope nice and clear.

The entire slope tends to get busy around 7:30pm. If you're going in the evening then try to get there as early as possible. And yes, when it's open. I've never been on an evening where only 1 lift is running though, must be getting quiet now the weather is getting warmer.

I was there on tuesday at 2pm and there was 6 people on the slope!! Laughing it was the quietest ive ever seen it. If you lucky enough to go through the day then go then.

Got back, the slightly durable card passes that you usually get seem to have been replaced with the thinnest piece of tissue available.

Slope was nice and empty though.
