is there a particular reason that you want to go away in the school half-term....cause that the most busy and expensive time to go away!!
but i'd say look somewhere off the radar...
the big reasorts will be absolutly packed so look for somewhere not that well known, |

Morzine???...you been?....like mentioned in previous posts, half term is not the best time on the slopes!..
But Avoriaz sits above Morzine, and the ski area is so vast that you can easily get away from the crowds.....there is loads of terrain, suitable for beginners aswell as intermediates...and the nighlife is pretty good......if you drink beer, make sure you get to bar robinson...you'll find out why when you get there!!
get booking soon, places go fast for this time of year!
check out our prices on the website below...we are cheap as chips! |

Speaking as another teacher (yawn yawn) I find it hard to convince people to come away snowboarding in half term hols with me too but it's the only time I can go So if you want a number 4 & can stand the company of another (non-boring) teacher Vix then I'm your chick! Have only been to Tignes and lasted 2 days before injury but not too fussed where as long as it's god nice powder and a good night life. x |

Does it have to be the Alps!?
Vic if you're all relatively newbies then head to Bulgaria - Borovets or Bansko, both good. We've also done Serbia and Italy in the Feb half term.
You're very very unlikely to find some good deals with tour operators so i suggest booking independently and fast! |
