Two weeks to go before 50+ tonnes of snow are dumped in Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Park! The event kicks off from 11:30amish and will be on until about 6pm. Setup should include a mixture of rails and box's and with all things going to plan the lovely wall ride will be making an appearance !
We have invited a selection of the UK’s best Skiers and Snowboarders for your viewing pleasure and the event should build to a sick comp with live DJ’s playing throughout the afternoon!
hope to see you on the day! |

I take it the slope isn't going to be opened up to the public at any point, and will just be a demo from the pro riders? I'd imagine since they're not charging admission they can't enforce helmet policies etc, and the whole thing would become an insurance nightmare ....
Just so I know whether to bring my board as well as a carry out! (not that I'd hit the carry out if I was using the board - honest!) |

I'd leave both at home. The session is for invited riders only and Strathclyde's finest will probably be out enforcing the open air drinking byelaws. |
