i edited on paint midget mann  . sOo it's my creation!! and not a pile of snow  , it's a white not black hole!! |

Because the old software didn't enforce it properly. The current software does. Isn't it set to 120x120 anyway?

try this:
www.pixlr.com/editor/
its free and online, open an image from your computer use image (top) > image size to make it 120px, then choose file >save, there you can change the quality which helps set the file size!! |
