Hiya
I need some help choosing a new park board. Currently I ride a Ride DH 151 for park and a Custom 156 for powder. The DH has been great but I tested a Salomon Sanchez 154 last week and it was just so much more stable on landings (e.g. less reverting at the end of a spin - if that's the right way to describe it) but at the same time nice and buttery, flexible enough to be stable on rails and easy to spin.
My only concerns about it are that because it's a cheap board it has a slow base and whilst I love it being soft (I'm 5'8" and about 10 stone) I'm concerned that it may get unstable at speed.
So basically in order to get a bit more stability than a 151 can offer I'm looking for a 153 or 154 park board with a relatively soft flex but hopefully something that isn't going to wash out landing from a big kicker.
My short list is:
* Salomon Sanchez 154
* Nitro T1 153
* Atomic Hatchet 153
* Salomon Arnie 5000 154
Any/all advice would be very gratefully received.
Cheers,
Paul |

| In Whitelines the Sanchez was one of the four best boards for below £250 which may help with your decision |

Thanks xsjado_
I already have my stance maxed out but I agree about the technique bit - I'm sure that if I kept my weight a bit more balanced on landings then I wouldn't revert so often. More practice needed I guess... |

| ...by the way, I'm not dissing the DH - it's a truely awesome board and if they made it in a 153 then I'd definitely buy another one! |

Hi Milney
Possibly - I stupidly committed to being in Pompey on Thursday evening but I'm trying hard to get out of it! |
