This is the layout for the SCUK bash at the dome. Its kinda similar to last weeks Huckfest with a couple of minor changes. Setup will be sorted by the dome staff and myself with the help from a few additional regular dome heads. Many thanks in advance you guys.
On a different note that somewhat mixed time when we suffered from an 'infestation' has passed... long live the shed. |

| Looks good. How does that wall ride work? Do you climb over it from the top of the escalator and ride down it on your ass before you strap in? :~ |

From the top, it's about 4/5ths of the way down on the left against a small wall section facing up the slope, just before as it goes around the corner
From how I saw some of the guys using it Monday, it's used like a much shorter quarter pipe, as the snow at it's base angles up, and then the 'wall' goes up quite sharp, I'm guessing for mini air tricks and handplants. You go up, and then come back down the same way.
EDIT: ASCII art abandoned, so I drew a quick picture.
Didn't see anyone using it as a kicker as it's pretty steep vertical angle, you'd go up sharp and probably come down almost vertical onto nearly horizontal slope or the wall itself, Wile E Coyote Stylie!
The 'art' on it looks a bit pink floyd inspired too as it's 'The Wall' |

I think there was some sarcasm intended in that original post by Dunx. Pretty sure he knows how to use a wall ride. Anyways that picture is shockingly bad I must say.
Back on topic, set up looks rad again Stu, good effort, gotta have a bit of slayer action. |

I merely wished to point out that on the layout it's at the top of the travelator. Whilst Lozza is right, I do know how to ride wall, this does not necessarily imply I am either able or desiring of such an experience However, I am game and now I am 40 have decided to throw caution to the wind and attempt to increase my pain threshold through the medium of snowboarding and surfing much more this year.
I have no idea where all this wonderously delicious diction is coming from BTW, but I like it.
See you Friday Loz. |

Perhaps there's other people who didn't know, I wouldn't have before Monday. Suprisingly enough, it's a shocking picture because I drew it in under a minute, maybe if I had more time I might have done it more a Dali or put in some pictures of naked women and try pass it off as a Renoir, but since it's wasn't an art contest I thought wtf.
My bad. |

Might have done Dunx, but I thought it's meant be 'family friendly'.
At least if you throw yourself around the slope in search of pain, after Monday, we know the drill for the first-aid and where all the local hospitals are.
Nick, hasn't she already done that one?
EDIT: It was a tent, you can tell I never did art
I've hijacked the thread with my randomness, resume normal service. |

| Nice one again Stu, might have to rethink the yellow box at the bottom though mate after the way it went on tuesday, i suppose it depends on how busy the night is. I dont think anyone would complain with having the double box combo if the slope was too busy for a line like that. Maybe the c rail down the bottom (opposite way this time) as it doesnt get as many people hit it meaning less heavy stopping before, which creates a lot of ice before and after the box. |
