Got some SP Xenons just short of a year ago and the hell cup on BOTH bindings has snapped clean off. Gonna take them back tonight and ask them to replace.
1. Does anyone know if this is a common fault?
2. What do you reckon my chances of getting me a pair of shiny Metalizers to replce them is?
Cheers! |

I got some SP Xenons too, never had a problem with the heel cups, but I did manage to fall badly and break one of them clean in half.
TSA sent them back to the distributor for me, and he replaced the broken one with no quibbles at all. Apparently he's very good like that, so you shouldn't have a problem.
Good luck.

TSA have been excellent, even though i'm 2-3 weeks out of warranty they have sent them back for me today, so we'll just see.
Pigtails, was good to sort of meet you too, would have been a bit more chatty but the other half had some bad news through the day and needed my undivided attention. |
