No, but it does give you additional card to pad your wallet out with making you look considerably richer than you actually are!  |

Aye, well recommended by all accounts - I have mine and was amazed how quickly it got sent out.
It certainly does not replace insurance, but you might find it will get a quicker response for certain types of medical treatment than when having to wait for insurance companies to sort stuff out. |

| If it hasn't been said already, I highly recommend a Carte Neige. It'll save you a fortune if you have to make a blood wagon or helicopter trip off the mountain. |

| You can get them at the ticket office usually. It's a little card that you pay a few euros for and it stops them from charging you a fortune to cart you off the mountain. |
