Looking around on youtube and stuff I've seen people do them off pretty small jumps http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpYCsCJiSlI and was gonna try them at Gloucester.

Just wondering cause I hardly get to ride snowflex and haven't ever fallen badly on it, if I'm gonna wreck my back if I mess up. I can do running front flips just about so I'm pretty confident I'd get most of the way round.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jA_AFQozdHA it doesn't look like it hurts hugely.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice.

Anyway hopefully my new Ride delta bindings will come soon, can't wait to try them out.
