Hi all
finally got to take my new board Technine Jib out last night to tam and did the freestyle night so thought would post a note on here to say what i thought about it......
all i can say is WOW ... iv owned a K2 WWW 06/07 and a Burton Jussi 07/08 and a Ride DH DFC Edt 07/08 as my park esq boards and i have to say the only one comes clsoe was the WWW.

im pretty much a novice at the freestyle thing but last night i gave everything a bash both the kickers the two gas pipes although the large one kicked my ass more often than not but i was really really pleased with the board.

having used the DH most recently on the beginner board night in comparison it felt heavy and sluggish compared to the T9 Jib

the Jib was slick on the snow and i felt quite lively and playful, its really what id been missing in a park board FUN ....

the board has really good pop and felt really light i was able to spin and butter it really easily but at speed the board felt stable and it has good torsional flex so i think i prefer it to the old WWW i had just on this basis. as i think its more stable.

im bout 5"10 an 13stone and was riding a 157 which felt fine not too big at all for jibbing whereas my Jussi 154 felt too sketchy and uncontrolable. and the DH seemed too big for me .

anyway in conclusion i dont know if anyone else rides this board or has ridden it but i was a little apprehensive about it as id heard some bad press about Technine but i spoke to a few guys who gave me decent honest opinions on things and i have to say im delighted with my choice last night i had bundles of confidence to try things and have fun even if i didnt land things very well last night ! apologies to all those at the done that had me in there way! had yellow pants on !!! sorry!!!

but thought id let u all know my thoughts on the board and how i got on ...

cheers to Jamie and his mate Si for letting me chill wiht them in the break and Jamie cheers for the sound advice on the bindings the Technine Athletic pro's rock specially on that board a million better than my cartels!!

thanks guys.
