Post subject: is 159 to big freestyle board?

| im over 6ft and i ride a hatchet 159 and a dominant slick 152 and i was wondering if i should be riding a 159 for park, ive rode it at kas a few times and i havnt rode my slick yet waiting till hols in 3 weeks time? let me know what you think, please help. cheers |

| If you're average weight, 159 seems about right, however 152 is short unless your 3 stone 5 |

a 152 is like for someone 5ft 2stone |

| i think at cas it dosent really matter, as you cant really sink into the powder if your board is to small for you |

ok, you wanna buy me something like a 180 length board then??? which will be soooo stiff, you would need to be 20 stone to flex it!!

| Cheesy, I can't figure out if that's a rebuff at me or not but I'd say your board is just about right, I'm on about 152 boards for the over 6 footers. |

| no mate, not at all, just my board looks slightly odd next to me being soo tall, but yeah a 152 would look worse - my missus rides a 153 and she is ickle! (5'5") |
