Click on your name then it'll come up with a new page where you can find all posts by you, thats the way i do it Smile

if you click on the 'post reply' button instead of using the quick comment box there is an option called 'Notify me when a reply is posted' if you click that then it will keep never used it but it should let you know when people reply to your posts.
