I am having a similar problem. I e-mailed on the 4th December and last night and have not received a reply to either message. Fair enough, one day is not long but over two weeks? I don't think it's good enough.
I am reluctant to use the info@ anymore. It seems a shame there are so many issues with communication here, SCUK is a great idea but I'm not overly impressed so far.

In the meantime, maybe someone else can answer my question about the TSA discount.
Is it purely a one-off voucher for equipment or an ongoing discount at the store? The guys in Covent Garden seemed to think it was an ongoing thing but because I haven't received my card yet I obviously couldn't get my discount anyway but that contradicts what it says on this site.
It would be great if someone can clear this up for me.

Thanks.

Its a one off voucher, thats all that TSA are offering SCUK members so far. It's only one person answering all queries and SCUK has tens of thousands of members. Its worth sending another email as its easy for one to go missing, especially with the thousand they receive.

No, we should be better at getting back to people.

The forum is always good for general stuff like the TSA questions, but for specifics info@ is best. Lots of it seems to go straight to spam, including anything at all that I send, so make sure it's a sensible email subject. We do seem to get a lot with no title and that doesn't help when spotting the legit emails from the spam.

Honestly SnowPixi, I think you've just been really unlucky! SCUK looked after me a treat, I signed up the day before they special offered the old membership pack with all the freebies @ 1/2 price and they hooked me up, everything went pretty smooth couldn't rate it highly enough!

Victoria, I've checked all the deleted items and can't find your email on the 4th, but did notice the latest one so not sure why that would come through and not the other?. Also noticed that Jess responded to your email dated "Thu 17/12/2009 01:30" today at 8pm.

Also for everyone's reference the info@ email gets checked every other day by Jess and I check it inbetween sometimes. All enquiries are responded to within 48 hours approx, so if you haven't heard anything back its probably because we didnt get it for some reason?

Peter, I've just gone through the last 30 days of emails and haven't seen one from you. I can assure you we respond to all emails and apologies if you don't have the correct membership card. Please drop another email to info@snowboardclub.co.uk and we'll sort this out straight away.

We process memberships at least once a week and you will receive an email when the card is on the way. We post them 1st class so it should be approx 2 days under normal postage routines.

If you don't receive it within a week then drop an email to info@snowboardclub.co.uk

regards
stu

Can anyone confirm what the membership pack includes these days? In the terms and conditions page before I sign up it says:

"The membership pack will contain the gifts and sale items that you selected when you made your membership application"

However when I go to sign up I don't see anything there to select other than the discounts and Whitelines mag (which I get alreready so no point wasting you guys time by asking you to send another).

Might be that there are none anymore, just want to check as I'm not convinced its not coming up as a resu;lt of my crappy browser and PC. Smile

If anyone could confirm that would be great

Cheers Stu, thats all I needed to know. That was the page I was looking at and didn't see anything so I guess it was my browser/PC after all! Smile
