The snow may be starting to go from the lower slopes up at Nevis, but the Summit Park is still in fantastic condition! They're now shut for snow sports mid week, but keep an eye on the forecast and get yourself up there next weekend if it's at all looking good.

I am actually starting think the t bar can not be too bad compared to the poma! I am also thinking I may miss spending half the day walking up hills.... I think I may have taken one too many falls before I was given a helmet |

Anyways instead of depressing me with talk of tows... where is open on Friday? I was kinda hoping to convince my fella to pull a sickie on wednesday for my birthday (and so's I wouldn't have to sit math and spanish assessments on my birthday), however due to his work commitments no sickies can be pulled until Friday. If we dont make it then it'll not be until the possibly Monday that I get snow |

Don't see the problem in riding with a backpack....especially when the carpark is 4000ft and a gondola trip below you. |

Your only option for Friday is Cairngorm. Nevis and Glencoe are now shut until the weekend. Can't blame them either... why open for 20 or 30 people. They wouldn't even cover their running costs. |
