Well, i was happly sitting watch tv this moring, when i got a text from a number that i didnt recognise.
the text went: "Hi **** From xscape sent me your number as when i asked who was taking pics at casvegas on the 14th......"
well i called him up and he told me that he'ed e-mailed cas and got a few numbers of the people who were taking pics on that day cause he wanted to see if he could get a pic of himself...blah blah blah
The numbers were from the media disclaimer book, you have to sing in if you want to take pic and stuff on the slope so if you drop your camera you cant sue them!!!
well i was rarther annoyed at this and have just phoned the duty manager and explianed all this and they are going to investigate! |

| surely you'd be entitled to take legal action, does the book actually say your details would be given out or that confidentiality is assured? Think its bad that anyone could so readily give your details out, like everyone has already said anyone could then contact you |

If it was someone wanting to buy some pics would you have minded then. My no's in the book as well, no problem here, but we are more friendly down south 
Cas should have contacted you first though to see if you wanted to give you no out. |
