I am all sorted.
my mate and his girlfriend are coming..we have booked the garthhotel in grantwon on spey - £40 a night half board..so Iwil be hitting aviemore and posibly lecht..
also just upgraded my AA cover - if i break down i get a replacement car..jobs a goodun |

i got day booked off work tomorrow, going to decide later whether it's worth going, my back is still slightly sore and sh1t scared i will fall and be struggling to drive home  |

| 400mg Ibuprofen tablets... I keep some of that in my boarding bag just in case it all goes pear shaped and I'm faced with a sore journey home. |

spent the long weekend at aviemore with my mate and had a wicked time...
got some quality boarding in and have finally sussed my frontside 180 and switchbackside 180 on the flat...
was well worth the drive up, everyone was really friendly..
I also think I saw jenny Jones (and perhaps adam gendle!!)
not the longest and most challenging terrain but if you want to sort out your freestyle it is well worth the trip up...
will defo go again though the 13hr drive home is taking its toll!! |

| Dazzler 74 ,If you going Scotland,-22-23rd April let us know,id like to tag along in a convoy itd be my first time up there,whats the cheapest accom or is it better to grab some kip in car with sleeping bag?Is Glencoe good as all there runs seem to be open? |
