landed at the airport a couple of hours ago to find that my board bag wasn't on the plane 
i'm hoping that its still at lyon airport and will be on the next flight or breckenridge in 2 weeks will have to be called off. |

| i've just tried to phone the insurance people to let them know but the customer services side of things is closed. |

Hey Lez
feel for ya ! I'm just back fm Niederau and came out of the apres surrounded by a gluevine haze to the reality that some thieving pikey git had nicked my board !!!!
Fortunately, phoned insurance, no probs, go cab into town the next morning and spent the next few days shredding on a nice new Burton Custom !!! |

just got a phone call from the airport, they have found my board bag and its getting delivered this afternoon.
two weeks until breckenridge. |

at least it saved you having to carry it back from the airport !
Why don't you try and claim your baggage allowance back too, make them feel real guilty..... |
