Hi mate, ill be getting my first go over in poland.. Aparently, you can get return flight to krakow for about £100 and theres lots of little ski / snowboard areas that are great for day tripping with a handful of runs and some bigger ones like zakopane. All very cheap with not much ques or posers either. Sounds perfect for a beginner like me.
I have a polish gf and family over in krakow so for me, cheap flight.. Free accom and lift to the slopes, but even without im sure it costs less than scotland.
