| Sweet time over the last 8 days , not mega busy to be fair considering it was half term and ski races are on /....... several new food places i trired out all good , introduced a fellow scuker to the touts who , just nod or dont even lift there heads lol ..... met several guys who are doing there BASI 2 and met a mod off GB too .... great time was had and booking two more trips , as base is deep at top and will be around till late april ( locals agree on this too ) |

Main park is pathetic hardly any effort put into it. Kicker is hit hasnt been touched in like 2 weeks icy landing and needs to be reshaped completely.
Guys have been shaping the last few days but not exactly spectacular.
Another park has been built buy a few seasonnaires and a few of us BASI gappies have lent a hand. Its only small but has a drag lift, 2 small kickers rail, box, table thing and massive kicker which you can hit from a skiddoo. Its located at the Izvorite hotel which is off the ski road (from the gondola head down take a right when it forks and you get to a massive open piste and take a right at the sign where it says BBQ and head UP the road and you cant miss it). OR hit Chaling Valog the black run and again youll hit the blue BBQ sign.
Secret park party every wednesday with drink music and BBQ. Beer at 2 Lv cant be missed |

| So who's there 5th to the 15th then when I am? I was a bit disappointed to see it had warmed up a bit but with nearly 3 meters of snedge I doubt it matters! |

It was roasting today about 12 degrees in resort! Got back and sat on our balcOny in shorts Tshirt and sunnies!
WFM I was there :p! Quiksilver jacket half coloured stripes and half Greg with yellow pants and green helmet! |

Is anyone going Bansko the week of the 24th March? Just wondering as this is my 1st snowboard holiday and jus wondered if anyone had any tips or anything they could tell me as this is my 1st snowboarding trip away so any information would be very much appreciated from where to eat and drink and the gd places to go ect.
