I've got friends that worked for Rude and Ride & Slide last season - if there's something specific you want to know let me know and I can ask them for you, I would imagine they probably know one or more people who've worked for Chilly Powder too.

I got accom in morzine for this winter and looking for job too......any leads would be great! Who to email, who gives free lift pass, good companies to work for....
