Stoked you're into waxing your own gear mannn, it seems pretty gnarly but it's super easy once you give it a go.

Give the datawax dudes a holla, they're sweet.

laters bro.

i've used tea lights for years on all my boards (both indoors and on the mountains) and found it just as good as the expensive shop bought waxes (which I have used in the past)... Maybe if i was a pro rider i may reconsider, but meh!

*prepares to be shot down*

I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions about my personal financial standing from my refusal to pay excessive amounts of cash, for a product which appears to make no difference to my board when compared with something which is substantially cheaper.

I will draw my own conclusion that you are quite shallow to be judging a person based on their financial situation.

I ordered a load of stuff, including the Green wax, from Datawax two days ago and it arrived today. Good price and nice quality (apart from the spray head on the base cleaner...). Waxed my board tonight and I'm chuffed with the results.

I'll have to give the tea light thing a go... they're probably adequate for dragging it down a dry slope. I think we have some kicking around somewhere too. I'm not sure I want a lavender scented snowboard tho.. Rolling Eyes
