Just want to have a moan to some fellow boarders really!
The sales tempted me into new board, so snapped up a pair of Burton Exile ICS bindings from Boardwise, and a Custom ICS (from eBay seller I have to confess!)
After all that initial excitement of waiting for your new kit to arrive, it finally appeared today...minus the fixings. So I'm stuck with a fairly colourful, pretty looking plank of fairly useless wood and some sexy new bindings.
I suppose a mixture of superglue and sellotape might work, and hopefully the seller hasn't thrown them in the bin, but in the meantime, mighty annoying!
Ah well, that'll be what you get chasing bargains by buying boards from a guy in Lithuania I suppose. *!%$! |

| Burton Rider services will probably sort you out for free if its just the nuts and bolts. |

Yeah, have just emailed them to plead my case, and I hear they're pretty good at fixing this kind of problem.
Have to admit, I just wanted a moan because I was so excited about getting home to pay with new board and bindings tonight (but at the same time know fine well that's what happens on eBay. 'Not his problem' according to the seller). |

| No, apparently in this new-fangled world of Burton's ICS you get nowt with your bindings (which does feel wrong when you root about in the box and there's sod all there!) and the fixings are actually integral to the baord itself - basically a set of nuts and washers and some tabs to hold them on, which are shipped with the board itself (in theory anyway). |

Burton are spot on.
I got two toe ratchets in the post on Friday from Austria and I only emailed them on Tuesday. They also replied to the email within a few hrs too.
Everyone says how good their customer service is and I have to agree. |

| Oh and your local shop should be stocked up with the parts you need. Burton supply retailers with a spares kit, so if you bob in to TSA or boardwise they should let you have the bits. |

| Burton got back to me by 9.05am this morning, and the missing bits are in the post. Good to see them live up to their customer service reputation, good job! |

A mate lost the rubber bung for his ICS channel. Rider services have one on their way.
First Class customer care.
I'm pretty sure ICS bolts came with my bindings. |
