Just wanted to say how great they are as a company. I was miffed when I bought some clear nipples from the Sowboard Asylum and they fell of at Chillfactore after being sat on my board a week before use! Ok there was nothing the Snowboard Asylum could do and in honesty didnt expect them to do anything but... I emailed One Ball Jay direct to let them know I wasnt happy and that I felt I had wasted my £10. I wasnt expecting anything other than a "sorry to hear that" type of email but would have been happy to at least express my view.
However I recieved an email today requesting the product I purchased and some photos of my board, so I sent them over. I have just checked out my email again and they have replied with a nice email saying they will send me some over free of charge due to the fact the Lib Tech boards dont let the nipples stick unless you rub them over with solvent first!
Just thought it was a nice gesture from them and something they didnt have to do, also makes me want to buy their products in the future.

Result ...try e mailing lib tech saying there boards are poooh cos they wont stick to them and HOPE they send you a new board too 
I find alot of the smaller companies have alot better customer service/ care than some of the bigger ones ( except Burton Europe they rule too ) |

Ok everyone in the office just looked at me wondering why my serious work is making me laugh!
It's great when companies actually care about customer satisfaction and put in extra effort even though they don't have to. |

| Thats real good of them. They probably hope you will tell all your mates on some snowboard forum and then the said mates all go out and buy oneballjay. Hmmm, think their plan worked! |
