| Why not just ride in switch, then your natural inclanations would take over and pull you round to regular? Not that it's a trick I can do myself, just one I am trying to get my body to do. Useful tips though. |

Spinning on rails is all about the shoulders!
If you want to come out fakie then as you slide you need to turn your shoulders in the direction that you want to go!
I'll second that! I had real trouble continuing the rotation on the rail....looking in the direction didn't work for me, because I was turning my head and leaving the shoulders where they were. Took me a while to get the nerve to really rotate onto the rail and not to try to 'retrieve' the rotation.
Just keep practicing, It'll happen! |

| what you reckon peeps, got boardslides coming out both ways and 50-50's obviously. should i try and do switch 50's or move onto presses/front boards? i guess it's all individual. think i'll try front boards next. |

| switch 5050s, tail/nosepresses, frontboards- any of those are fun and will progress you. from my limited experience the next big mind game was frontboards- they took me ages to learn and i always seem to have to relearn them! |
