Hi i bought the Burton Riders pack from you and its great but where is the shovel and probe supposed to go? i guess in the main section with the shovel going in the elastecated pocket thing and the probe in the long pocket thing. This would work but then where do you put your water tank.

Hi Markland; The bag is so versatile that it can be used in a number of ways. You put the shovel in the main elasticated pocket, the probe in the long pocket and if you have a hydration unit you put it in the velco back section ( where the back brace is ) you then bring the hydration hose out of the velcro and through the main compartment stealth hole and bish bash bosh you are set! Wink

i have a feedback pack, and it does hold everything, it even has a laptop pocket inside too. Well worth £30 quid so snap one up

Speakers are batter powered so the pop out a pretty good punch too

You sure you putting it properly? in english format like 04 for the month and 08 for the year. also i dont think you need the start date anyway

its multi choice, so you just choose the right one, but tried both... with the start date and without it, and it keeps saying the same thing.

Hey there you start date will be a 4 digit number i.e 04/08 Some card vendors i.e your bank require these details when ordering the goods online. If you are still concerned then we can do the order over the phone on Monday. Smile Let me know if you are still having difficulties.
