Hey up,
Pats is away riding in Saas Fee, alright for some, so here I am hitting you all up with the info during his abscence.
Please follow the link to check out the poster and park set up for this saturdays City Jam:
http://www.snowboardclub.co.uk/events-cityjam08jul.html
As the title says you can now get the whole freestyle night, 4hour session from 7-11, for £35 and for the members out there, do the math!
Also the top shredder, begginer or pro, will win 2 free yearly membership passes to CFe. There will also be spot prizes given out throughout the evening.
Any questions hit me up and I'll get back to you as soon as pos.

| Quick question. Would it be suitable for a beginner on saturday or is it better leaving it until the week after when there is no event on and therefore not getting in peoples way and pi**ing people off?? |

| I think the event is on every saturday night. You don't have to do freestyle but if your a complete beginner and by that i mean you cant control yourself on the slope then you would sadly probably cause a nuisance to everyone but if you were just riding down the slope all night then that would be fine. |

Hey Scoman,
Do you mean a beginner to snowboarding or freestyle?
If the latter, We will have a freestyle Coach on hand throughout the evening, if he gets better(as in he is ill at the moment!), so you are more than welcome to come along. The freestyle nights have been awesome throughout the summer so I would just get stuck in, plus I think the £35 for 4hours is currently only on our City Jam nights. I will get this confirmed tomorrow for you though.
Hope that helps,
JP |

I'm going to check that one for your guys tomorrow. I'll post the answer as soon as I find out.
Yeah come on down if you can cause as mentioned in a previous post the kicker is pretty hefty. Plus you might win yourself and a friend annual membership here, which would then get you 4 hours for £24.50!!!
Take it easy and hopefully see you shredding on saturday.

| JP - I meant a beginner to freestyle. Very competent on most hills just never got round to rails and kickers but now eager to learn! |

Dougal our snowboard coach is an awesome guy and will help you out no end, so I would get involved as soon as pos. Also the locals and regs are really supportive, we all started somewhere mate and I'm sure you will be fine.
If not this saturday then hopefully see you soon.

Hi Guys..
Me and my girlfriend were planning on going to Cas tonight (Fri) but after reading this thread we are thinking of giving the City Jam a whirl instead!
Will we need to book in advance or can we just turn up. Don't wanna get turned away as we are coming from Leeds.
Cheers |

Hey Playboy#1,
You should be fine just turning up but it’s always best and pretty simple to prebook.
You can do this online by clicking the book online tab on www.chillfactore.com, then select freestyle nights and 'The City Jam Promo Pass 3 Hours'. Don't worry this pas is for 4hours, it was originally a buy 3hours get 1 free which is the reason for the name!
Alternatively you can book over the phone, 0161 749 22 22. Make sure you quote 'The City Jam Promo Pass' and you will be fine.
But if you want to just turn up the guys on Guest services will book you in no problems.
Hope that clears things up abit and the park will be looking sick so I'm sure you won’t be disappointed.

Hey Scoman,
I've just spoken to Dougal, Snowboard Coach, and he is fighting fit again so he will be on hand tomorrow night. Coaching is included within the price so make the most of him.
I'm still trying to get a definate answer on the £35 for every freestyle night. I'll post as soon as I find out.
Cheers,
JP |

| Thats the spirit. Dougal will be the snowboarder wearing instructor gear shredding the park. Just grab him and he will sort you out. |
