I got the Bern Macon (Summer) from storetwentyfour.com cos someone on here recommended it.
Stocks and sizes are getting limited now - and i know you can't try it on but if you whip a tape measure round your head you can't go far wrong for £20!
The Baker and Muse (winter) are £30... and £40 with audio. But they're probably a bit toasty for the domes!
Bargain! |

Although be aware that any insurance you have wont cover you if you are wearing a helmet that wasn't designed for cold temperatures.... |

does that mean you're not covered if you dont wear a helmet? |

Read the small print, some policies say yo aren't insured in the park unless you wear a helmet. And some do cover you in the uk. Also the domes will have their own insurance incase anyone hurts themselves on their slopes (not for everything just for certain situations) that wont cover you if youre not wearing the correct 'snow' helmet.
Its up to you though, just need to know the situ and read all the print before you make a decision so you dont get a shock later |

I'm sure the dome used to supply Sk8 lids as their rental helmets a few years ago and dome temp's are not low enough to worry about anyway..if you where in Norway at -30 degrees you may have an issue.
Most plastic products have a temp rating 0f -5 to plus 45 degrees..and with your head heat your lid ain't getting that cold in a uk fridge |

| TSG Evolution helmets are actually really nice for the money, and you can wear them on your bike too... if they're good enough for x-games skate halfpipe... |
