I have an off day everytime i make the effort to go to cas.. if it makes you feel any better!!
Although that might just mean i'm not very good .. but i do feel like i'm getting worse everytime i go! |

the way you ride in a fridge can vary massivly on the snow condition, in the fridge temp and other variables too .......as for you alexx when / if you fall at least ya ass looks nice.....lol.......but remeber if you fall dont be embarassed, just laugh get up and keep riding ............if you never fall your not pushing or trying to progess in you riding
wise old man winter ;+)
ps if you rode last night the fridge snow at cas was pooooooh |

Haha thats my motto
I did indeed ride last night, i thought the snow was alot better than it had been in previous months, they seem to have flattened it all out a bit, bit of a shame they don't get rid of that patch of ice right down the middle of the top half of the slope! |

| everyone has them but the key is to pick your self up and try something else and then go back and try it. |

you got to have off / bad days to be able to have good ones - else they would all just be days . I also find after an off day a real good one happens soon |

| I find that my off days tend to be the ones straight off the back a good ones. As you have so much expectation for the next time you go riding that when something doesnt stick it feels that everything is going wrong. |

think my bad days are a mental thing whether im relaxed or not going into a session.
went to tam tuesday and had a shocker but the week before i felt id really improved. it jsut wasnt going right this week so i just cruised the piste practiced a little switch riding and left early.
hopefully next week wont be an off week!!!
just have to remember the good points of the session and forget the bad! |

If your not having off days then you tend to get complacent and dont progress as much
Fri i managed to not only get a speeding ticket on the way to the snowdome but managed to pop my shoulder out its socket on the box.
Just gotta dust yourself off and get back in the game |
