Hi guys,

I am a Civil Engineer which would like to go a for a sesion out next winter. Do you think I could work freelancing during this period when abroad? Where should I look for jobs, etc?

Cheers,
Israel.

I am self employed and have done the past 2 seasons abroad. If your work is brain taxing then its gets hard as you are tired after riding for 8+ hours a day 7 days a week, so mentally prepare yourself to have days off the hill to work although powder rules must still apply Wink.

If you are only going to do one season in your life then be a bum! If you want to do many then I dont know what a civil engineer does but if you can do it on a laptop or on a bit of paper and email/post it then there is no reason you cant live in resort and freelance doing civil engineering.

As to where to look for Jobs as a freelancer then professional contacts, family, friends, friends of the family and your friends family are a few places to start!
