Does he ski or board? My lad turns 6 this week and wants to board but other than a private lesson he isnt old enough. So said I'd pay for him to learn to ski until he can have snowboarding lessons.

Indeed I am. But as you've probably guessed I'm heading from Manchester. Looks like there'll be a few scukers (so dangerously close to suckers) up there around then!

Could do with a bit of snow and cold nights by the sounds of it. Snow god ritual dances are needed I think.

I've been to the Alps for the last 5 years on the trot so I'm a Bansko virgin but very looking forward to somewhere different. I've got the missis in tow so to help her learn to board I've booked her a load of lessons (translation: booked her lessons to keep her out of the way so I can have some fun!).

I'll be at the Hotel Bisev mate, if you're with Neilson where will you be shacked up? Surprising number of peeps from here going Bansko like you said!

Yeah me too. I've always heard of it as a cheap and cheerful resort. Was a last min thing me and a mate organised as we wanted some extra slope time. But i'd already spent a fortune visiting eastern asia and NZ last summer (spent some time in queenstown there for a bit of riding which was awesome). Hence why Bansko was chosen and it was a steal.

Staying at Hotel Elinor, small family run hotel, so probably not a huge amount staying there. I'm sure your missus will have a good time. Looks mainly beginner intermediate, so a good place to start. I just hope there's enough to keep us interested for the week!
