Hey Graham, don't be so sad mate, last years bash didn't have the best snow but still you sure did tear it up harsh

Theres always next years bash mate Wink

Hopefully Scotland will get some epic dumps of snow soon N you can reep the benifits =P

I'm also hoping to come next time, I only got back from Serre Chev on the 4th Jan so couldn't justify (to work that is, I had no problem with it) having more time off Sad

A general question for everybody then. What's the best way to remind everybody of the next Winter Bash when we start to plan it? Obviously, regulars will hear about it through the forums and spot the news. We also put it out in the newsletter and that goes out to 55,000+, so it's hard to know what more we can do. It's a shame when people pop up in Jan and say "oh I wish I could go" (although I realise that's not feersum's prob) and booking has already closed. The more the merrier Smile

Sounds like your doing enough to make it known, we just need to get our butts in gear n get booked on it in time Smile next year I wont promis myself to a friend's Banff holiday so I can afford it Wink

I dont think you can do more.

For me its just been a case of timing.

2 years ago - i was doing a season so couldnt go.
1 year ago - it fell on the same week as trip i had already booked.

this year its a simple case of ive used up all my hols going to my sisters wedding in Oz in Oct. Unless scuk can add another 5 days to my holiday entiliement at work, i think they have done enough.

Spam! I mean to spam us all although in a friendly, "hey, we know each other" spammy kind of way, just one email full of bash stuff. Sorry, I'll be honest here, but I pretty much ignore the newsletter. Embarassed

How much was this years bash? I think you might have more takers next year if the price is top banana (I think it was cheap), deals on lift pass, free Mutzig, especially if the exchange rate is still pants (I got €0.9925 to £1 for a 3 valleys lift pass over the new year Shocked ), but then again, we might all be out of work...
