I have no idea. I drive past there almost every day and I thought it was gonna be some kind of crazy new snowtubing course. I guess they will have to remove the slide??

your be suprised nick but theres alot of clearance ,
the line to check is as you look up the slope to the right where the mass steel post is ,
get the angle n speed correct if your a regular rider and palmer tail taps could be possible ...
its got duncan carrs name written all over it ... lol ...

LOL!
Those pics got to be over a year old.
They layed a couple more sheets with what was left over from redoing the beginner slope midsummer last year but its still not much further on.
DONT hold your breath.
The place only makes money from lessons. And hence the beginner slope takes priority. The main slope is bald and IMHO dangerous.

Ah, that might answer my question, I was considering going to Bracknell for an evening next week (tues or wed) when Im in Farnborough. Is it any good to go to? Also where else is near farnborough that would be worth a visit?

monday night is "TOYS OUT" night
if your into your boxes / rails then yeah got to be worth it as what they put out is a goodlook
not many boarders , and alot of young blud new jib skiers but a nice positive friendly vibe when i popped over to see the slope

Bracknell was my favourite until the mats started going bald, always loads of toys out, more than the majority of other slopes, and a good bunch of peeps riding there.
They've been promising to resurface it for the past year, but I'm not holding my breath. Shame really as I use to love monday nights (freestyle night)
There's always Chatham, same surface but in a better condition and more snowboarders than in Bracknell.
