Hi guys,
I'm after a little advice from you knowledgeable folk. I've done just 3 weeks on the slopes (& am well n truely hooked/bruised) - I want to absorb myself further into the depths of this art-form or should I say religion... Anyway, I've been reading your Jibbing for beginners info (cheers!) and wondering whether you have (or know of) a dvd which would provide a visual of these techniques. I've just ordered a CD Rom "Learn to Freeride" from a company in the States - but ideally want a proper DVD rather than a computer-specific CD Rom.

I'm not too bothered about rails or huuuge kickers (to be fair they scare me!) - more interested in buttering & general freeride tomfoolery. Keen to part with some cash for the right DVD. I'll be hitting the slopes again in just 3 weeks!!!! & I want a helping hand.

PLEASE HELP... (Oh yeah, just bought a Bataleon Goliath after demo'ing it @ MK & it rocks!)

Jeremy

Have a look for Methodology, not sure if you can buy it new any more.

Ok for the past two years I have failed at the 360, i either land on the tail of my board, or have my board slip from underneath me and i land right on my tailbone, what is the best way to master a 360??? (P.S. im Goofy, so it would help if a person who rides goofy tells me.)

It sounds like you are under rotating, your board/legs might be round 360 but your body isnt, hence your leaning back. I'd suggest reading this how to: http://www.snowboardclub.co.uk/FAQ-id_cat-45.html#q27
and also take into account that you need to rotate your head 450 degrees so that you land on your toes, by ensuring that your head rotates more than 360 will mean that your body naturally has to catch up:)
